Question re: RRL (Double RL) Jeans - Page 10

just picked up a DREAMY RRL Type I denim jacket. Pictures soon, but the quality is amazing

I am going to get a raw denim jacket at some point, but not from RRL. I'll probably go with one of the Japanese brands, and something from a different brand than my jeans.

^ John Bull makes nice goods.

So does McCoy's. Not sure what I am going to go for yet.

Went to the RRL store in LA couple days ago, picked up a shirt/jacket, construction and material feels great, but just realized it was made in China.
is a lot of the RRL products made in china?
pretty sure the jeans are made in USA, my type I jacket was made in Europe. If you think the construction and material feels great, why do you care so much that they were made in China?
Now a lot of them are. Several years ago absolutely everything was made in the US, but as the line grew they have moved more of it overseas. Jeans are still made in the US, but shirts, jackets, and pants are often made overseas.

Most likely the "Slim Straight" rigid.

Which pocket are you looking at? The coin pocket?

Please show me a pair of RRL jeans that were specfically designed and tagged for a woman because I can't remember walking into RRL and seeing a womens denim section. RRL jeans are unisex at best, especially stuff like the old slimboot. I would really stop worrying about the gender of those jeans and focus more on whether or not they fit you.

Nope.

They do make women's cuts. RRL in Georgetown carries them. There are only a few cuts, but they definitely exist.

I sure didn't see them when I was at that store. Were they tagged like mens' (30x32, etc.)?

RRL in Georgetown is closing down soon. Don't know if this means a closing sale. I'd assume they are going to transfer merchandise to other stores. Apparently the price point was too high since it was right next door to Rugby and RRL was not selling well.
