OCR season has started, so last weekend I did an 11 mile Tough Mudder on Saturday, and because I'm an idiot, did it again on Sunday. Yesterday, I did a 14 mile Spartan Beast, and today I did a 7.6 mile Spartan Super and a 4 mile Spartan Sprint.

The race was about two and a half hours away and started at 8, so the f*ucking time change was extra painful this morning.

~45 riders turned out for our season opener. I led the chill, shorter route for the B group. Really fun to see everyone. Not as much hauling my fat ass up the hills. :)

An hour or so of climbing at the gym. The finger tendon I injured a month ago is slowly getting better. I took it fairly easy, climbing up to V3 and 5.11.

Saturday was gym then a bunch of yard work. Yesterday was a quick lunchtime run of 7.3 miles and a bunch of Lego.
