I just hope I'm doing enough to survive this race well. It's 5 weeks from today!
Hopefully when I hit the taper, I'm ready to bounce off some walls for 20+ hours!
Ran 10k over lunch with an ultra runner friend who spent the time trying to convince me to run my first 50k on Feb 2nd (I don't even run marathons, but I'm kind of considering it... thats crazy right?)
I stopped music back in early 2012 and have gone without GPS/HRM since August this year... it's pretty refreshing to just go out and run and not find some reason to beat myself up afterwards (too slow, too short, blah blah blah).
