Thanks! I'm setting my goals slightly lower for the races because I've never run a competitive 10K or half, and my I'm just getting over an injury. I wish I had more time to train for both races. But, I ran another 4 miles today at just around a 9 minute pace, with no knee pain, so I'm feeling hopeful that it won't start hurting again.
