How many miles did you run today? - Page 517

3 miles for me on a crisp clear day. Mostly non running week for me this week, Christmas orders and family events keeping me busy!

4.5 on a col night (well, by Michigan standards this is balmy, 38 degrees)

I've been slacking. Just signed up for another half to provide additional motivation.

7.8 miles tonite with intervals.

5.5 tonight in some bitter cold weather.

6 miles, this morning. Hill sprints. A "balmy" 30 degrees!

Ran 4km today. Weather was a bit chilly, but warmer than last week.

4.6 today...a cray running week...lots more than I have been lately. 5 of the last 7 days.

4 miles tonite. Race on Sat.

8.5 miles this morning and managed to see a pretty hot young woman standing naked in front of her mirror with the blinds open at about 6:00 a.m. a block from my house.

The things one sees while doing an early morning run! I ran at 5:00 a.m. and did not have any "sightings". Did about 6 miles. Glad I ran then. This afternoon, on this Saint Andrew's Day, we might as well be in Abeerdeen, Scotland--rainy, cold, clammy, damp.

I'm still recovering, but hope to get back on the bike this weekend for a bit. The swelling is almost down enough in my feet.

Just ran 4 miles - wasn't planning on doing a run tonight, but at the last minute I decided not to be a lazy POS and do it anyways. Feels better.
