I've been slacking. Just signed up for another half to provide additional motivation.

Ran 4km today. Weather was a bit chilly, but warmer than last week.

8.5 miles this morning and managed to see a pretty hot young woman standing naked in front of her mirror with the blinds open at about 6:00 a.m. a block from my house. devil.gif

The things one sees while doing an early morning run! I ran at 5:00 a.m. and did not have any "sightings". Did about 6 miles. Glad I ran then. This afternoon, on this Saint Andrew's Day, we might as well be in Abeerdeen, Scotland--rainy, cold, clammy, damp.

Here's my race report from the Ultraman race this past weekend.

I'm still recovering, but hope to get back on the bike this weekend for a bit. The swelling is almost down enough in my feet.

Good times...

Just ran 4 miles - wasn't planning on doing a run tonight, but at the last minute I decided not to be a lazy POS and do it anyways. Feels better. smile.gif

Ran a 10K this morning in 42'47". Kinda pissed because that's a full minute slower than last year but the course was a bit hillier and the weather much warmer (low 70s) so that might explain some of it
