6. First run since my half nine days ago. Combination of work, personal appointments, and being solo with the kids got in the way, but I'm back at it. I think I'm coming down with a cold, but I find that running keeps the effects of colds at bay.
I discovered after playing catcher this weekend in a baseball game with my boys and their friends that there are some muscles on my inner thighs which apparently do not get used at all when I run. Holy sh*t, they're sore, but didn't get in the way of this morning's run.
