4.6 yesterday and 5.6 today...the NYR 375 (with as little rest as possible I start at my apt with 25 pull ups, bolt a mile to the local HS for 25 more, bolt to the water for 125 crunches, another mile for another 125, to the local HS for 25 more pullups and then a sprint home, where I should have done 25 more pull ups but my kids were walking down the block at the same time I was getting home, so I hung with them instead of making it a 400 workout...

Yesterday: 8.5 am with 2 reps of 10 minutes progression: 5 mins at half marathon pace, 3 mins at 10k pace 2 minutes 5k pace. Did my best but the splits were definitely a little off. Tough workout. 4.5 pm easy.

5.7 miles today. Seeing some of the pictures posted, it looks like fall all around. Here's a few from road to a trail that I run around a lake. 30 minutes outside of downtown KC.

nice shots everyone. Cool to see the trails from all over.
8 miles at 625 pace tonight. Stupid pace to run, but it was a nice run. Not going to race on saturday, too many stupid runs this week/tired legs. I need to start getting ready for my next focus race Nov. 3.
