Yeah, been getting lots of compliments lately. Didn't realize that the difference was noticeable until when I visited my folks in Virginia about 3 weeks ago. Family and friends there noticed, particularly my cousins who are also into lifting.
I feel great about the gains so far, though I don't want to get too big, just nicely cut. Will start yoga tomorrow to help with flexibility.
It's been a year since I've started running and working out regularly. Hope to keep it up. Feels great (looks good, too).
