I felt draggy this morning, legs had no snap, but somehow ended up crushing the run. Shaved about two minutes off my PR for 10k and in the process knocked off my fastest ever 5k and mile, too. To top it all off, the last mile was the fast mile.
I thought I was going at a fairly relaxed pace, but when the app called out my average pace at mile 4, I realized I was well ahead and decided to keep going to see if I could do it. My mood was good all day long!
