8.5 this afternoon, grinding through training fatigue.

5 am 8 pm yesterday
4 am today with 70 mins + hill workout planned for tonight.
I just found a pic from my first track race a couple months ago

(orange shorts + high socks + different colored shoes)
This is towards the beginning, and I wish I had some from the last mile because I am sure I looked MISERABLE.

Also got a shipment from runningwarehouse today . . . . stoked.
New Free's, Nike Streak XC's (best racing flats), Nike Pegasus 29's, socks, 4 things of NUUN electrolyte drink (which I recommend very highly), dayglo nike shirt and a nike olympic shirt (with the gold rings and USA!)

4.5 this morning, hard, to punish myself for the excesses of last night's meet-up. I thought I might actually vomit at one point.

10 km in just over 52 minutes.

I want to get into it more but its just been 2-3 runs a week of 4 miles...takes me about 28 mins everytime. Occasional mile run is tossed in there on saturday morning if I didn't drink a lot the night before.

Ran 8.5km today, not bad considering I only got about six hours sleep instead of my usual eight.

Signing up for a half marathon or something may help motivate you - that's what made me more consistent
