Ugh, its hard, but try and rest it until its healed. That's the one thing I hate about running is that if one thing is off, you really have to stop. Very difficult to "run through" injuries the same way athletes "play through" them. Feel better.
4.75 miles for me after two and a half brutal hours at the gym (shoulders/biceps/abs). I earned the beer and the 2 pound porterhouse I had for dinner tonight.
