3 miles very early this morning.

the usual 5.5 miles ...

but I think I'm willing to give up some of that signature Mizuno responsiveness for a little more forefoot cushioning....

Very very tough day. Massive positive splits. Took a spill at mile 24 when both of my legs completely seized up. Tumbled and the couldn't move my legs. Luckily to spectators came and stretched me out for a couple minutes before helping me to my feet. I had no choice but to walk from there, but I walked at many points. It was an awesome experience and I am not disappointed despite the slow time, because it was really really really really hot out there. Tried to see poster dr. Nero at start but missed the connection.

Hope all had goods weeks!

Great job in that ridiculous heat! I'm glad you had a good time and stayed safe. Here's to a pleasant recovery.

12 with strides.

4 quick miles this morning, 29:31 - faster at the finish than the start. I just need to start loading up on mileage.

I run in Spring, actually, just run loops around the neighborhood. I used to drive to Memorial Park and then later on Terry Hershey Park but now I'm a good 30+ minutes away from either, and these days time is an awfully precious commodity.
