Great!Just keep on doing.I haven't a lot of time,so I just run 1 mile a day.And I heard that it is not good to run too early in the morning or too late at night,caus there's not enough oxygen at the time.Hopr you have a healthy life!

I havent run in months. I used to run very little, until i bought a couple new pairs of running shoes and found out that the nikes were killing my knees and feet. I bought a pair of brooks and suauconys and it made a world of difference. This thread is getting me excited to get out there again.

Verrazzano Narrows...run was great, if a little cold at the end.

Nike's were the worst for me, went to the Brooks Adrenaline and Saucony as well from them. Now Im in Newtons. Love them.

Got in 4.5 miles on the treadmill at lunch yesterday in 34:55 with 4 sets of half mile "hills" worked in.

4. First time running in New Balance Minimus. Felt pretty good, but the lack of any heel elevation did begin to get to my achilles in the last quarter-mile.

4 fast-paced miles this morning. One of the best runs I've had in a very long time. No stiffness or IT band issues at all during or after the run.

a little less than 4 but everything felt great and it seemed like I could have just kept on going Forrest Gump style happy.gif cool air and a nice, calm winter night!

"ran" the ESB Run Up (86 flights 1,576 steps) last night in 13:38 - a PR by over a minute. Lungs are seriously feeling it today.
