Well, I'm yo-yoing through my training now. It was 8 on Wednesday, then Thursday I stopped a mile into it with foot pain (stress rx?) and wound up taking off Thurs-Fri-Sat. Sunday I went 16 miles in 2:07 and felt fine, but I woke up today and was sore and had a headache (dehydration, what was I thinking?). Today: 0 miles, but tomorrow I need to cook up a good speed workout.
Four weeks to marathon 2 for the year.
