I'm working on putting together my training regime now, but because I'm in NYC it's going to be creative, lot's of running the stairs in my building, joining multiple gyms (close to work and home) and spending plenty of time on the trails on the weekends. In short I want to make sure I'm exercising every day and get in 2 a days at least 3 days a week, so figure ~10 workouts a week. As for exactly what those 10 sessions consist of, I'm open to to any and all suggestions, but the basic idea is 1 long swim, 2-3 hill work/ stair sessions which may include circuit training afterwards, and a mix of 6-7 runs of varying lengths during the week. Would also like to get in a yoga session just to make sure i'm stretching enough as well.
