weird track workout today, wasn't sure I was going to run it, but went with it:
2 x 1600 at 7:00 pace, (1:30 recovery between)
30 minutes at 8:00 pace (was supposed to run them 8:45 pace but was impatient)
2 x 1600 at 7:00 pace (1:30 recovery)
I have to admit, the last 1600 had some distress but I finished strong.
Add the run to and from the track, and it was roughly 9.5 miles today.
33 miles since Sunday.
