4 miles in 29:22. Another PR!

But I suffered at the end; I think it was because I was dehydrated - usually I have close to 3/4 of a gallon of water to drink by the late afternoon, but for some reason today I barely had a couple of glasses.

5.3 miles this morning, slowly working the mileage back up. This weather is not helping, but it doesn't feel as brutal as it has these past few weeks.

Back to running today - 7 moderately slow miles ending with strides (10x100 meters).

Ran 2 miles before my legs got tight so I stopped. But who cares, I prefer them tight rather than loose. ^^

30 minutes running in place; never left a 6x6 square in my hotel room but felt equivalent to 3 miles at a mild-moderate pace on flat ground.

6.7 miles this morning in 52:41. That last loop was a bit of work but I finished and it felt good.

6.5 in a little under 48 minutes. Did a few 3 minute intervals at about 6 minute pace and felt pretty good.

3.5 in 30 on the TM; too humid for me outside. Didn't get to start until ten to 9; kept it short.

6.7 miles in 53-ish minutes, finishing faster than I'd started. Just need to keep up the mileage and I can start speedwork.

I did 6.4 miles in 54 minutes 38 seconds. My pace was 8 minutes 32 seconds per mile which was pretty good for me.

A couple nights ago I did 10.2 miles in just under an hour and a half with 8 minute 49 second pace.

On both of these runs, my last mile was easily my fastest. I need to work on pacing myself a little better because it seems like I should be able to shave a few seconds off of each mile if I spread things out a bit more evenly.

10-5-3.5 in the last 3 days. Marathon training doldrums have motivation zapped. Going to get out for some intervals at Kezar Stadium later today.
