Did two miles in just over 14 minutes. Scored in the 98th percentile for APFT standards.

I do six miles Tuesday - Friday; ten on Saturday; and perhaps a long training run on Sunday. Monday's my rest/recovery day.

3.16 miles in 25:42. Shins were sorer than I thought they'd be before the run...supposed to do 5 miles on Tuesday but we'll see...

6-ish miles, did some speed work but the wheels came off after the fourth 1/4 mile and I went back to easy distance. Took maybe 55 minutes or so. Not really surprised: still getting over a cold, and had breakfast beforehand.

this morning: 8 miles in 1:04:02. Felt okay at the time but now my quad and shins hurt.

I've been running less and less each week. First I got a cold/flu back in September, then I got hurt in October, and November was term papers constantly. Down from 7 miles a day 5 times a week to 2 times a week for 7 miles each

I am getting faster though even though I run less. Only downside is I feel out of breath and my legs feel the burn again. I've not felt that in about half a year.

I've been reading this thread for the past 2 months and it's been a great motivator for me to get out and run.

So, I've been running for the past month now averaging 20 miles a week and today I ran 6.01 miles in 48:31. First time in 10 years that I've been able to run 6 miles without taking a break.

6.5 miles. Midway through the run a head wind and rain started. I was soaked and my nipples responded to my wet cotton tshirt by bleeding through my shirt. It was awesome.

4 miles this AM with the dogs, but I didn't have to push the baby jogger. Slow at around 40 minutes.
