How many miles did you run today? - Page 813

The usual track in 08:33. Some rain, some fog. Didn't feel like running too quickly but the time isn't bad.

I always run the same track because I like it for some reason. Here's my fastest run so far. As you can see it's not something you find very often and not something many people run on.

I love it! I can see why you'd want to run that regularly. I ran about two and a half miles in the pouring rain on some hilly singletrack by our local lake today. Good times.

Got in 9 miles with a buddy yesterday.  Plan was for 6 but we took a wrong turn but it was a beautiful day so we didn't care.

It's also good to run where (almost) nobody else runs so you'll always be #1. smile.gif

Big back to back weekend.

21.3 miles yesterday and 12 miles today.

We got about 5-7 inches of snow over the last week. Ran yesterday on the t-mill with elevation changes as I ran every 5 minutes at 5%, 1%, and -2%. It was 9 degress with wind chill and too much snow for a long run.

Ran outside today on single track and snowmobile trails as it warmed up a bit. Got in 2800 ft of elevation change in the 12 miles. All of it between 3-5 inches of snow. Warmed up to 35-45 degrees and some of the snow had melted and was pretty packing. Still a tough run.

Feel pretty good for a back to back run.

Got in 5.8 yesterday. Wanted more but circumstances didn't allow for it.

8 miles this evening, including my first track workout with the Boulder Tri Club. Good times, though that group is crazy fast...
