5 miles at a 9:00 pace with temps in the upper 30s (3-4 Celsius), dodging black ice and snow. I wore shorts and a short sleeve tech shirt and was just fine.

6.6 miles in 29* weather.  Tights, tech t with a long sleeve shirt over top and gloves.  It warmed up as I ran which made the end a bit warm.

This is also my first run in my new Brooks Ghost.  I bought these on Thursday and had a shoe store "start from scratch" fitting me.  I generally knew everything he mentioned but I didn't want to influence his fit process.  I also tried some Adidas which had too much room in the front of the foot and some Saucony.  I chose the Ghost as they felt best.  My Morton's Neuroma did not act up so I count this run as a success.

6 trail miles

8 hard trail miles (hard for me that is... the trail itself is pretty tame). It appears that I've also surpassed 2k miles for 2015 (non GPSd so take that total with a grain of salt)

6.3 miles.

5 miles.  The new shoes are not good on wet roads.  I worried about falling on all inclines.

Keep stretching the toes will help also.

Good work. I don't think I'll get to 1900 by year end.
