45 minutes on the elliptical. Foot feels great but taking another week off from running. Since I have no race in sight, it is probably best. The lacrosse ball has been great not only for my foot but random muscle groups which are hard to really get to with the roller. I have debated dropping my gym membership for a climbing gym membership as I had a lot of fun climbing a few weekends back. We will see.
