How many miles did you run today? - Page 793

45 minutes on the elliptical.  Foot feels great but taking another week off from running.  Since I have no race in sight, it is probably best.  The lacrosse ball has been great not only for my foot but random muscle groups which are hard to really get to with the roller.  I have debated dropping my gym membership for a climbing gym membership as I had a lot of fun climbing a few weekends back.  We will see.

Great run blahspam!  An all out sprint at the end of a race feels good for your morale!

Back home from Hawaii... Just ran 4 miles at easy pace in 32 degree temps. I'm trying to get my marathon training back on track. Aiming for a BQ for my first year in the 40-45 category.

what to wear for easy 10k running under 10 °C?

4.5 miles (broke my time off rule) in what felt like glacial speeds but it felt good!

Not sure if this is a serious question... If it was 10c outside, I'd be wearing shorts and a short sleeve tech shirt for my runs. Last night (at 0C), I wore compression knickers under my shorts, a long sleeve tech shirt, a fleece beanie and gloves, and was a touch cold.

I agree with fueco... 10C is cold when just standing around but once you're out running its pretty ideal. If you're worried, you can wear short sleeves with arm warmers. Once you warm up you can pull them off and shove them in your pocket or whatever. Smartwool makes some pretty nice ones.

4.5 miles this morning.  I am in shorts and a tech t-shirt with a light long sleeve on over top in 40* weather and am a little warm by the time I finish.

That is a quick pace for a full clothed half marathon.
