4.4 easy miles today too.

Seems Wednesdays are the easy days.  Got in 4.6 miles.  I think it was easier though the temp was already 80* so I was huffing and puffing the whole way.

7.5 miles tonite. One of my favorite workouts. 20 min warm up run, 10 x 1 min at 5K pace or faster w/ 1 minute recovery run between each fartlek, finish w/ 20 min cool down run.

8.4 miles this morning. It rained all day yesterday and while it was still warm this morning I was hoping that yesterday's storms would have provided some relief from the humidity and it would be less muggy today. No dice. About 2 miles in and I was already absolutely drenched in sweat.

5 miles this morning, felt dead as usual now that I've cut carbs, but wasn't unbearable.

8.5 miles this morning for me with 45 sec strides every 5 min.  At about the 6 mile mark there was a hill and a short burst up it gave me a tinge of a cramp so I power hiked the damn thing...

I run in the minimum of socks, shoes, shorts, and a bottle of water and by the end of today's run it felt like I was wearing a soggy diaper.  At 5:15am the air was heavy and I knew it would be a burner of a run.

14 miles this morning with the second half almost 4 minutes faster than the first.

3.1 miles this morning. Temps were back down into the 50s and there was no humidity. I wish I would have woken up a bit earlier so I could have gotten more in. It was a nice change from the rest of the week.

4.6 easy miles today. A bit longer run this weekend but this has been a nice recovery week for me.

5.75 miles this morning. Ran without a shirt, so felt a bit ridiculous but also good to soak up the Vitamin D.

Embrace the freedom!  Once it hits the 50s I ditch my shirt for the year.

Got in the same 14 miles as last week but going the opposite direction.  Was feeling pumped seeing others running as I finished lap 3 but once I refilled my bottles and started back my legs said another lap was not in the cards.  The heat and cramping got me.

Good inspiration above a la skins running.

6.5 miles today. One of those runs where you feel 20 years younger for no particular reason; was awesome. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif
