Not sure what this is but for a long time now my nose has a swollen/puffy look to it 
It wasn't always like that and I can remember when it started, pretty much when my acne started(late teens)/when I moved to a colder/much dryer climate. My acne seems to be alot better now (cross fingers) since I started working out, eating better, washing my sheets weekly, scrubbing my face but it hasn't completely gone away, no big red zits or breakouts but the occasional bump. My nose is still pretty oily and when I squeeze it white stuff comes out 
I spoke to my doc about my swollen nose and he gave me something called fucidin cream which seemed to work for a bit but now doesn't do anything. Anyone have experience with this or am I alone
