I find all my SMs to fit true to size. The 12D would be your best fit, maybe just tiny bit wide.

Thanks! I figured 12D might be a tad wide, my captoes from Kent Wang were like that, but a felt tongue pad remedied that problem fairly well.

Bought a Barba shirt via Ebay yesterday. I live 8 minutes away from Ian's warehouse and have visited and shopped there before. I contacted him about the shipping because it made no sense to stick the package in a box and "ship" it less than 4 miles away. Ian immediately responded and said to call him and when I did his response was, "I'm here now can you come over and pick it up?"

I was there in 15.

It's been said many times but the guy has great taste, amazingly fair prices and takes care of his clients. Outstanding.

I have bought a pair of Santoni shoes from STF, It is exactly the ones in this following link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-900-Santoni-Caramel-Brown-Shoes-8-5-7-5-/130806915610?pt=US_Men_s_Shoes&hash=item1e74b3221a but I bought this from their official web page.

Having received the shoes, I'm quite pleased with them, the colour is beautiful in my eyes, the leather and the quality are excelent and I believe that is a Fatte a mano shoes (as the pic from the website shown).

Another pic from their website:

But there is one thing that bother me, it is the words "Fatte a mano" like in the above pic, I cannot find these words anywhere on the shoes (inside the shoes, on the soles or even the back of the vamp), I checked everywhere but got no result :(

Here are some pics I have taken from my shoes:

Finally, it turns out that my pair of shoes comes to me without the original box (because my friend received the shoes in the US then she forward it to me and she said that there was no original Santoni box but a square box).

We sold these to a client, and an insert was put in.

We disclosed this in the the notes section of the listing:

PLEASE NOTE: This pair of shoes has an extra insole.

In addition we reduced the price by $60, $299 instead of $359. True, I think we did not have the original box, but we disclosed the insole and gave $60 off our normal price for a perfectly good shoe.

Just wanted to clear up any confusion for anyone reading this, and the client who never e-mailed us about this as I recall.

Thank you!

As I said above, these shoes are excellent. The original box is not a problem (although the link at ebay said that they come with original box...), but I still have a question about the extra insoles. What is the reason for the extra insoles to be inserted inside the shoes?

P/s: I'm sorry for complaining about the insoles which doesn't display the words "Fatte a mano" because I didn't notice the note :)

I'm eyeing a Borelli demin jacket from STF.

http://www.shopthefinest.com/p-56446-borrelli-denim-blue-sportcoat-size-40-us-50-eu.aspx

For those who are familiar with this jacket and/or Borelli in general are the sizes true or do they fit larger/slimmer?

Thank you

Pretty sure that would be on the slimmer side of things.

As I said previously we sold these to a client and the liner was added. I suspect this was done for 1 of 2 reasons, either they were fitting a bit loose for him, or his feet are more sensitive than average and he needed more "cushion". It should be noted and understood that to my knowledge, this was added on top. I inquired about removing the additional layer and was told that it will damage the original insert as it was done by an expert, this client is exceedingly wealthy and "particular" about things. I highly suggest you do not attempt this as you will damage what is an absolutely perfect and beautiful shoe!

Any additional questions and concerns should be sent directly to me at:
