We only did a limited run and I believe I do have one left here in London which I can bring back with me to the US when I come again in a few weeks (just got back to London from the US yesterday). Have you already tried the Classico II and wanted to try the Napoli? Feel free to PM or email ben@ehaberdasher.com if you prefer.

Your shoulders are close, so I'd take it to a good tailor for an opinion on whether he can make it work for you. If he can without too heavy a cost, it might be worth a try.

I really wish the shoulders on both the Classico II and the Napoli could be shortened by a quarter inch. That would make the Classico II the same as a slim Armani and the Napoli to an Isaia. All other measurements are perfect on me including the sleeves which do not need shortening. In any case the Napoli wears and feels like my Brioni which is amazing. I'm in the process of having all buttons changed to horn and mop. Will post pics later.

Maiden voyage of my Benjamin coat yesterday. The pics don't do it justice, and neither does the cheap button down shirt I wore it with. I got around 10 complements on it throughout the day. smile.gif

A better shot of the pattern.

I had the tailor slim and hem the sleeves, and I think they overdid it a little. Also added surgeon's cuffs, as I plan on keeping this for a while. smile.gif No other alterations required.

I really wanted to get this one in a 41/42L size. It looks great and look forward to seeing more upcoming fabrics soon.

It has a black and white base, but there is orange in it. Here is a closeup of the weave with relatively accurate colour (on a default calibration Macbook Air monitor). Even though it's only 5% cashmere, it's still very soft. In Most of the time it looks grey with a slight orange tinge, but the large black and white pattern pops out. In low light it the oranges and reds come out more.

If you are making minor adjustments, when would this reflect in the stock?

Ben, the description for this jacket

http://www.ehaberdasher.com/servlet/the-16608/Benjamin-Sartorial-Sport-Coat-cln-/Detail

says that the main color is "light brown". However, I've been staring at it and can't possibly see the brown - it looks positively olive to my eye. could you please say something about this (at least I'll know if I have some peculiar color blindness :) )

Thanks for pointing this out. You are absolutely correct - it is an olive and light brown weave... will have this corrected shortly!

Sizing samples of 2 Benjamin navy suits. Unhemmed sleeves. I'm using the pants from the 36 Napoli as the 34 won't fit even after widened to max. Actually the 36 pants are still a bit tight as I use a 33. Note that my perfect OTR sizing is the Armani Collezioni 36 with 17" shoulders + 19" chest. The Classico 34 is too small when buttoned but the shoulders are fine. It's ok as a slim suit when going casual though it doesn't matter much as I never button the jacket at work anyway. The Napoli 36 feels much better but the shoulder should be narrowed to 17.25" or better yet 17" instead of the current 17.5". If the shoulder is unpadded or soft then a narrow shoulder IMO fits better. I'm not a fan of the bell bottom sleeves either, they should be straighter. Also the shoulders aren't straight on the Classico obviously because of the too small sizing. I know I should've ordered a Classico II 36 as on paper it's the closest for me but I wanted to try the Napoli shoulder. Other than those, the stitching, features, and fabric are all top notch. Opinions?

Napoli 36 + smoked MOP:

Classico 2 + matte horn:
