Is it true that the Benjamin Classico trousers are slimmer than Verdi trouser? I normally wear a 30" inseam trouser, so if I bought a Classico, which is 35" inseam, I would shorten the length. Wondering that whether it affects the overall shape of the trousers or not?

Hello, yes that is correct. The Verdi trousers are quite full. The Lucente/Granoro trousers were quite slim, and the Classico is right in between. Most people have an inseam of 30" - 32" and shortening to a 30" should not pose an issue whatsoever in our opinion.

Thank you very much, but as I found the information in the website, the Classico trousers has a narrower leg width at bottom (8" while Lucente is around 8,3", both is 30" waist).

And if I'm not wrong, you said that three model of suits are same fit ( I mean the Classico is as slim as Lucente and Granoro), but the Classico is the shortest jacket ? (Classico is 28" while Lucente is 28,4" in lengh from bottom to collar)

Colleen just measured and she said it's actually 36" inseam, for what it's worth...

Is it possible to get Suit separates : Jacket 38R with Pants: 36R (30 waist), in the same fabric of course?
Also, how padded is the chest and shoulder on Behjamin Classico suit? Pictures don't look soft to me, they look sort of British uniform style padding. Am I wrong?

Yes - in most cases we can. Which fabric did you have in mind?

Regarding the shoulder - it is not as strong as a typical British shoulder - the padding is actually quite light and thin, but is not a natural shoulder or close to it. We do have a new model coming out early next year that will have a more natural shoulder. We posted some photos of a sample sport jacket a few pages back in this thread.

By the way, we recently added new wool blend/cashmere sweaters from Andrea Fenzi and some argyles from Pal Zileri... classic and great style - they make great Christmas gifts! Full size ranges from Small (48) to XX-Large (56). Here's a sampling:

Thank you for your reply.
I am looking for dark navy or dark grey colors. Could you elaborate on a new model? How much padding if at all in shoulders? What would be the length of the jacket for Regular? Would the pants be low-waisted and how wide in a thigh and seat? I haven't had much luck with most garments made for US market, especially gigantic pants.
