Just posted a separate post, but it's relevant to post here too...

Just a heads up that I am moving to London next month to set up ehaberdasher.co.uk! Not sure when we'll be up and running, but hopefully by the beginning of September. Yes, all you EU guys will hopefully benefit from this new development. It's been a little crazy and stressful these days, but my wife and kids and I are looking forward to this new adventure!

Any comments, thoughts, tips, etc are welcome. Hopefully you guys can help make this a success, just as many of you have supported us through the years on ehaberdasher.com and with the Benjamin clothing line.

Cheers!

Ben

Thank you!

I should also be clear that ehaberdasher.com will continue to operate out of NJ - so no worries to our American customers which constitute a vast majority of our business!

For at least 2 years. We'll connect after we've settled in!

What part of London are you moving to?

Ben,

Just got my medium grey 36S Granoro suit, and I gotta say you really do know how to take care of your customers! Suit came neatly packaged inside a garment bag (a bonus!) along with a much needed 3ins wide-shouldered hanger. The suit looks fabulous and feels light. At 5'7 1/4 and 140 lbs, I was hoping the jacket length would be just right at 36S, but it appears to be a bit long for my taste by about .5 -1 in, although the sleeve length is just right. As for the pants, I now understand what your other customers are saying with respect to it being too well fitted around the waist area. I will most likely get the jacket shortened by about 1/2 in and may also widen the pant's waist, after which I will post the pics here.

What other changes are going to be done on the new modified Granoro models besides increasing the pant's waist area? Are you going to modify the jacket too? If so, what changes will there be?

Thanks! And congratulations on your expansion and success!

Great and thanks for sharing your experience and feedback!

Trousers are going to come out in the waist/seat about 1cm, trouser legs are going to be tapered from knee down about 1cm. Jacket is going to have a slightly tighter collar, but otherwise that' it as far as the changes go for this time around.

I got my wife to help me measure my body last night.  Based on this, should I wait for your 46L to come in or try the 44L?

These are no-shirt and boxers measurements:

Chest: 43

Shoulder (point to point): 20

Stomach: 39.5 at the narrowest, 43.5 around my gut

Seat: 46.5

Waist: 42

Thigh: 27.5

You may want to hang tight and order both when we get them in and go from there. Sounds like you'd need the 44L jacket but a 40 or 42 pant though.

Sounds good.  What's the ETA?  I have a wedding in mid September and will want to have time to have the suit tailored.
