Same here.. Paid a month and a half ago and they are no longer answering emails. Had to put in a PayPal claim. I hope Crane's is able to sort out whatever is going on over there soon.

An order marked processed does not mean you have been charged. You are charged when we pack the box and ship the item. As far as the delayed orders go that's because most of the time people have told us it's OK to back order the item and ship it when it comes in. For status on orders it always best to call the store. Otherwise the only email that should be used for order info is:

Does anyone know how steep a discount Crane's offers SF members? I Can get a Filson 256 shipped for $202.50 at Need Supply with the 10% discount.

Hmpppfff. Call the store, we do better than that any day of the week.

Well, Crane's delivered--significantly better price on my Filson 256 than other affiliates; I called Saturday evening, the bag was shipped Monday, and it was dropped on my doorstep today. Thank you!

Received today the bags I've ordered, many thanks for your great service.

Just mention that you understand that there is a discount for styleforum members.

Hey, my brother lives in Ithica now for graduate research and needs a cold weather boot. He's looking at a few including the insulated Filson Highlander. Have you tried it, do you like it? Any others you can recommend.

The Highlander is a good boot. I don't own a pair but know people who do. I have the Irish Setter insulated Elk Tracker with a thousand grams of thinsulate and Goretex. Killer boot for right around 200 bucks or so.

I decided to do something a bit different. I'm going to pick up a few pairs of 1Ks from time to time and throw them on the back shelf. So with that in mind this is what I got sitting around. I have 3 pairs of the original 1Ks in rust size 9.5, 10, and 10.5 in D width. Everyone here is familiar with how this all works and the way we deal so without further ado pick up the phone and call 573-254-3311 or email us at cranescountrystore@gmail.com. If you email we'll send you a PP invoice, if you call we'll run your card and ship them out.

Oh and these aren't seconds and they're taking up shelf space so I want them gone yesterday. LOL!

If this goes well I'll pick something else and do it again.....
