All, I apologize for the delay in shipping all Filson. We lost our rep, didn't get a new one for awhile, and our newest one we saw once this summer had no Filson information or samples, and didn't really want to talk Filson. Tried to sell us on the McCallister brand and pushed his Surefire line. We also have had our credit reduced due to the tightening credit market and a new credit dept at Filson. I have been working on this problem and should have it solved by the middle of September. After that, I will not be purchasing as much Filson, nor will we have the discounts we used to have. The down economy has hurt us as much as anyone else and we are caught in the same situation as others, too much inventory, not enough cash flow. I hope that in 2011, our Filson rep will be up to speed and we can get back in on Fall purchasing. I appreciate the past business we have had and hope to continue in the future. I am sorry for the canceled orders and slow response. We were scrambling on our end to keep all of this running. I am anticipating a better fall/winter since I have drastically reduced purchases and plan on cleaning out inventory. So..... Watch here as I put up what we have left in stock as I try to clean out the back stock and have fresh product later. What does this mean? Probably some great DEALS on closeout and discontinued items and products that I am still over stocked on. Again, my apologies to the StyleForum crowd. We are only as good as our reputation and I appreciate you giving us the benefit of the doubt on our problems this summer. David
