When I work from home (80% of the time), I'll shower after I return from the gym, and on days I don't go to the gym, I shower mid afternoon or before leaving the house.. whichever comes first.

When I am on the road doing the 9-5 thing, I'll shower in the morning.

morning and after the gym/before bed.

When I get in from work / before dinner.
I used to have a dirty job, and I like to maximise my sleeping in time in the mornings - showering in the morning = getting up 15 mins earlier, and I'm trying for the easiest life possible...

I shower before leaving the house on weekends and holidays, generally mornings.

i try to shower twice a day. but when i'm really tired from work, i don't shower. i heard it's really not good for your body.

Shower in the mornings - want to be clean for work. Also, if you're worried about your bedsheets getting dirty there is a simple solution - wash them often.

Night for me usually. This is especially true in winter months because my body tends not to regulate temperature well in the morning and it's usually colder at this time on top of it. I wash my sheets weekly but I don't like the idea of rolling around in my own filth at night; and no, I'm not that dirty. Never been accused of being smelly either during the day so it works for me. Believe me, my g/f would most certainly tell me if I was stinky.

Night. Also, that sweating pounds of water while sleeping is bullshit. If you are sweating that much you are not healthy.

Seriously. You have insensible losses of water through respiration and your skin just as you do in the day but you really shouldn't be outright sweating. If you are, do one (or all) of the following:

1. Move away from the equator.

2. Turn on your fan or AC.

3. Push your burning hot girlfriend off the bed.

4. Get checked for tuberculosis*.

*or any other infection e.g. malaria.
