Yes they are John Lobb shoes; but they are ready-to-wear made in Northampton by John Lobb (Paris), not bespoke shoes by John Lobb (London). The first seller provided the wrong link, but that's understandable with two firms John Lobb in the same line of business. Don't come to any conclusion about the final price until the auction is actually finished. (It ain't over, til the fat lady sings.) There might be a few hard-core shoe buffs lurking in the background, ready to pounce in the last minute. There is always the possibility for the final price to rise considerably. By the way, the JL "Hanover" is a really nice derby (blucher) boot. I have them in a light tan, which I call the posh version of "yellow Timberlands".
