you just go their site and fill up the contact us form. they'll contact you. no matter what place are you in , they'll reach you by their own. believe me their results are no match.

what was wrong with tai pan row? i was thinking of getting a suit made from them and had heard good things. is there something i need to be cautious about? something to advise them before making a suit? let me know what went wrong with yours?

You probably won't even get a decent tailored suit in that price range. Online stores have that price, when they're on sale.
