Shave the facial hair definetly... Depending on the industry you are striving to work in, I would also consider cutting the mop...

This is a question best answered by Jon.

I don't see the big deal about Augusto's facial hair. If you people all wear work in IBM circa 1964, then I'd see a problem. Incidentally, I know of someone who refused to cut his hair back when he worked for IBM so he had to wear a wig for work.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to side with the majority opinion here.

Leave it the way it is. Do you mean to tell me, you, Augusto, are considering shaving your goatee just so you can get a job, so you can knuckle under to The Man?Don't listen to these white collar hacks, what do they know? Be yourself on this one bro, trust me.

Dayum. Well, I was considering it anyways, this might push me over the edge. In any event, it's just hair. I can always grow it back.

I'm not doing it for a job, though, it's just an aesthetic change now that I've graduated.

I personally like your goatee. Got the French vibe going on. The problem is your hair. Once you polish it up, I think it will be a killer professional look.

augusto,

the facial hair is reasonable... I would say perhaps go full beard or nothing though

the hair however (from what little I've seen on waywt) really aggravates me, I'm not sure what it is about it, but it's like ... late 90's and not flattering. If you are out job interviewing I'm afraid people might laugh at you after you leave because of the hair...
