Thread Starter
Just spoke to my salesman at Wayne Edwards in Philly and he has the following at 50% off retail:

1) Sutton 8000E in plum calf- size 10 retail $1330

2) Lobb 2007 prestige line in black- size 10 retail $1495

3) Darby in ardilla calf- size 10.5 retail $1020

4) Oakham in brown museum calf- size 9.5 and 10.5 retail $1150

5) Turvey in cashew suede- size 10 retail $910.00

Call and ask for Anthony 215-731-0120 and please mention my name (Don) so that I earn a few brownie points and send me a pm if you make a purchase.

Let me bump to say that this is the same Wayne Edwards sale I had mentioned a while back. Wayne Edwards is a great brick and mortar store in Philly and Anthony is an awesome guy. It looks like the stock is down a bit, but with prices in the $600-700 range for new Lobbs, hopefully folks are interested...

There are some Lobbs on sale at the Neimans in D.C. as well, including these, which are not on sale on the web site. I can't remember the price. I want to say $700 or so. There were also some really nice medium brown suede half brogues for around $1,000. No ideas about the sizes.

haha. tell that to those working govt., public interest and small firms. Hell, even a big firm is far from a "truckload" unless you're partner.

it's a 2 eyelet moc-toe derby but it is imo, not a good look as a 2 eyelet derby should look elegant. this one is a standard shaped derby that could be a 4 or 5 eyelet, but just made into a 2 eyelet.
