Cherry-picked studies and quotations made into an article that confuses many different issues, all backed up by quotes from a elderly runner who's applying blanket protocols for nutrition to everyone based on his own performance as a fucking runner. Jesus Christ. See if your deadlift improves on bagels and orange juice, old man. We don't all train just to keep the biological clock ticking.

It's not that bad. The point seems to be, Get enough reasonably healthy fuel, and results will be adequate for most people. Would you agree that the exception is dietary habits for people who want to be quite muscular?

No, I'd agree that the exception is for people who aren't runners with near minimal muscle and strength levels.

That means probably the majority of the population.

One of my docs still says multivitamins are bad, I still ignore him.
