las vegas clubs - clubbing on a thursday

Friends and I are going to be in vegas next week. Doing one club night next thursday the 19th.

What club would be the best to go to on a thursday night?

From what i have found Body English seems to be a good bet overall but during a weeknight i am wondering what other clubs i should consider?

Is it worth it to get a table/bottle service if i don't have a problem picking up/talking to girls?

I read in another post that the guy would show up really early the club he wanted to go to, say around 9-10, and waited as opposed to going around the normal club time of 11-12 when it gets packed. He did this so as not to pay cover and beat the crowd. Any truth to this?

thanks in advance

Unless you get a table/bottle service and if your group is all guys, you will be screwed if you show up around 10-11. In my experience, the earlier the better, but there's a fine line of too early as well.

It isn't the best place by any stretch but it is sort of tradition with my friends and I of going to VooDoo at the Rio on thursday. They just jacked the price from 60 to 100 but that gives all you can drink, not including shots, and front of the line of pass. You really shouldn't have a problem consuming 100 dollars worth of alcohol when they are hitting for 15 a drink.

I always go to the hard rock with a group of locals. Fun mix of tourists, locals, and eye candy.

After getting bottle service at a club a few weeks back, its really difficult to go to another one without doing the same. It totally changes the experience

Personally, I've always had great fun at Tryst, Pure, or Jet. I've always made it a priority to get there before 10, as the lines and waits increase exponentially afterwards. Personally, I hate paying cover, but it comes with the territory. I remember trying to get into Tryst last Labor Day and they were charging 100 dollars a head. I always try to negotiate with bouncers, such as "2 for 1" admission and what not. The worst they can say is "no" right? As for bottle service, it's cool to have a table and not wait for drinks, but you're looking at 500-1500 easy. Check out www.napkinnights.com for a list of all the clubs with links to their respective websites so you can be better informed about what events are taking place. Good luck and have fun!

Bottle Service is always recommended. You want to sit down, don't you? Just watch out for upselling. Check out www.JackColton.com which is a good resource for how Vegas clubs work. I've personally never been there on a Thursday night though. I'll be there Sat-Monday though (rehab baby!) Tao is my favorite club there. Always a good time.

so to follow-up; my nights in vegas were pretty good. Wednesday actually turned out to be the better night when we went to LAX for an industry night. "industry" night i think is another way of saying locals night but nonetheless it was a fun night. my friends and i ended up having to grease the bouncer and pay cover but it was worth it.

thursday night we went to Blush in the Wynn and ended up leaving early to go the SpearmintRhino which my friends said was amazing (its a strip club). i didn't go.

No need for table service, call the club a day or two ahead and get on the guest list. You'll get in for free, but still need to get there a little early. I would recommend Pure at Caeser's, good club and you can watch the dancers outside as you wait.
