Neither. Both companies do not make a car to my liking or needs.

They're both making fantastic cars again; the solidity and sheer quality of the RR Phantom is amazing and everything a modern Rolls Royce should be. The forthcoming coupe will be very desirable (following on from the Drophead coupe). Of the current ranges I would have to pick the new Bentley Brooklands coupe; even though some elements of it date back years - it just looks too good!

+1 on the Brooklands (you have good taste).

Most of the new Bentelys share a lot with the VW cars, so I am not a huge fan. The Phantom (and other RRs) are associated with excess, but they are still one of the best built cars in the world today.

+1.

Roller was always bought to be driven in, Bentley to drive ones self.

I of course would never dream of allowing my chauffeur behind the wheel of my Bentley what what what.

i think the Maybach is a much nicer looking car.

I like the idea of a Bentley or Rolls, but when i see them i'm usually turned off by the styling.

But then again i'm not in the market for something that extravagant....yet, so maybe my thoughts will change when i can buy one.
