I'd call the girl up and explain what happened, if she says she's single chances are this loser is some creep who hangs around trying to land her, while he tries to push away any guy who seems threatening. I've had it happen to me, the dude was totally insecure and "best friends" with this girl who was totally not interested in him. I think he learned a hard lesson the night I met her.

I see basically two options:

1) Fuck her then tell her the guy is making things weird and never talk to her again.

2) Tell her the guy is making things weird and never talk to her again.

#1 is more fun but carries loads more risk.

Ya. What kinda of psycho calls you on your phone. Some girls like drama. For all the OP knows, he could fuck her, she could tell her bf or ex just to spite him, and then he gets himself stabbed in a fit of rage.

I would ask her straight up to see if she is really single or not. Let her know that you got the call from this guy. If she still says she is single then she likes you and take her answer because he may just be her ex and trying to get her back.

You don't need to be a part of whatever she has going on.

If she is still with the guy, then she lied.

If it's an ex, who needs to deal with the hassle.

If it's a stalker, make sure you have your will in order.

All that said, if she is smokin' hot (pics definitely needed), ignore me.

I spoke to her. This is exactly what the case is. It's some fool she was friends with who thought it was more, then they did have a short fling. He's got all of the PINs to her voicemail and can access her cell account. I told her to change 'em like now. Turns out he didn't call from her cell phone, he just spoofed the caller ID. She said she doesn't want anything to do with him. So, I think I'm safe to proceed further.
