I like it - short, simple, looks hip, and probably takes 30 seconds to style. Does anyone know what it's called (going to the hairstylist tomorrow)? Thanks!

^^ Well I thought about it but I've never seen anyone actually bring a picture and show it to the hairstylist so I'm embarrassed to look stupid.

they have magazines there for that exact reason. to show them the picture you want.

I've shown a picture of myself with my old haircut to a salon. No problems. It wasn't framed, but it should have been.

Oh its far more common than you think. Plus is your hairstylist, who you likely have zero contact outside of the buisiness, really someone to let yourself get embarrassed over.

I'd say a "layer cut." Looks almost entirely cut with thinning shears.

its cut short, layered throughout. He probably rubbed some simple wax through to give it that piece-y look. It'd be kind of hard to describe, bring the picture in. No shame in that

The "my presidential nominee hopeful just dropped out and I don't care what my hair looks like" style. Note the pin. In all seriousness, taking a picture to a stylist is more than acceptable. Best of luck.

definitely take in the picture. some of my stylists even asked to bring in pictures of what i wanted because it's so difficult to explain our ideal hairstyles.
