Ernest, I'm across the pond, surely it easier for you to exchange shirts than it is for I, yet if I had a problem I would not complain with such bolster, ad nauseam (yes, and I know: don't call you Shirley).

Jon.
You have never had problems on 6 shirts among the 11 you bought (2 plastik + 3 too short + 1 too short and plastik) in the same time.

You would not coplain? Ok and then? Do I have to do everything like you or can I have my own choices?

OK: Of, course I would complain to H&K, but what I would not do is post the experience(s) on the web on at least two different forums, several times over, over the course of several months and mention my point so often, to the brink where the other members want to smack you and the moderator wants to ban you from the site. Jon.

Do I have to do everything like you or can I have my own choices? Who wants to ban me because of my H&K complains?

As Kaga asked me about how it was in Paris it seems I hadn't complained enough... Isn't it?

IMMSMC, I really wasn't asking for complaints, more at prices and selection, but anyway, let's drop this and get back to talking about shirts.
And ernest, you're right, the salesguy in the Paris branch (frizzy hair?) is an asshole.

Yes, the Paruvian queer with his golden and diamond watch.

I have never seen such a hypocrite.

When I picked up 12 shirts, he was very pleasant, toldl be about his life, brought me to the 1 floor to showed me all the shirts he had...

When I came back to exchange my defective shirts, he didn't even look at me.
I tried some other shirts in the shop, some were also too short. I wanted to try others. Then the employee went and saw this sissy who said him to refund me....

I said I didn't want to be refund but to have correct shirts.

After a negociation, I managed to have the right to measure the sleeves without trying the shirt....

By chance, I came back in the shop when the manager from London was here. I explained him everything and after that, like by magic, the sissy became very pleasant.

6 months later, he was like my best friend one more time, talking me about his life, the famous people who were shopping in his shop, went me to the 1 floor...

He is not running after the client. He prefer to refund you than having problems.

He told me he had have several row with clients, a guy came this the police as the sissy didn't want to refund him...

May be he is moody...

So I do not want to have a row with him as I do not want to be obliged to go to London just for 6 shirts.

If you could send a letter in right English complianing abouit the behaviour of this guy, iy would be making a service to H&K .

Have you tested his hypocrisie and his stupidity (he explained me that the girl working with him was not his collegue because he was her chief.)

In the shop you can read =

1 shirt = 72 euros
3 shirts = 216 euros

6 shirts = 402 euros
12 shirts = 804 euros = stupid

I can not compare with the choice in London as I only went to the small shop in Jermyn street (missed the over shop.).

In Paris you have more choice than in this small shop where people are more friendly.

The Paris shop seems to be completely independant. They do not know anything. They even do not know that their shirts are 2 fold or matching patterns. They always say me to ask London by myself if I have a problem with a shirt. They do not want to talk with London, just to send and receive shirt (at least I do not pay shipping).

Well, you use the words queer and sissy... How do you think that makes you appear? Jon.
