How can you tell if someone's high-end car is a rental?

I'm infinitely curious because there are too many douchebags with nice cars where I live.

What kind of high-end car rental do you drive?

Jon.

They most likely are leased vehicles and not rented. They still could be douchebags though I won't speak on that.

what do you care, as long as your boyfriend gets you around in style who cares how he gets it.

I don't drive a high-end car. If you're asking what "they" drive. Here's what I saw just today: A blue bugatti EB110, a yellow Lambo Diablo coup and a Maserati (don't know the model). I don't mind them taking these cars on the highways and screw around there. However, I do have a problem with them driving down small narrow streets with frequent pedestrians crossing or into quiet city parks. We have a park where I live on top of a hill. I usually go there for a run. In the past few weeks, we have had a whole lot of a-holes driving their Gallardos around to practice their handling. Kicking up dust and leaving tracks and all that malignant emission. Not cool at all.

As long as we're on the subject...
What the hell is with all these people going outdoors and breathing! I mean, screw them! Breathe your own air, a-hole.
Bastards.

Just wondering here...

Your beef seems to be having these cars driven in city parks or narrow streets. How is the knowledge of who owns the car going to change this problem? Does a rental put out more or less "malignant emission" than a similar car purchased with cash?

If it's Atherton, CA it might not be a rental.

In general, high end rentals are extremely expensive per day, and if you can afford to do it for any length of time, you can afford to buy the car.

The major rental companies luxury vehicles tend toward the modestly high end (lexus). I haven't seen a Mercedes or BMW yet, and nothing like an exotic.

You should have a chat with your alderman if the drivers are behaving recklessly.

you have a set of car keys, right?

it gets dark at night there, right?

you can stay up past midnight, right?

your legs still work, eh?

take a walk late at night, walk by their car with your car keys, and well, . . . . .

Anyone that keys a EB110 deserves to have his dick cut off and fed to furry animals.
