Unfortunately, all of Mr. Chow's jackets have collar gaps.

I can't guess why so well cut jackets don't let the shirt show any cuff.

 

Does our arms shrink as we get older?

Fashions do change. When QEII was crowned in the early 50s, her husband apparently led a shift among the Mayfair set to showing no cuff. A military thing, perhaps.
