Stray, but related questions: How does Istante relate to Versace? I have an old blazer with Istante on the label, but the back ground says Versace. And who is Exte related to, if anyone?
Istante was a Versace diffusion line, though pains were made to distance it from the Versace name. Exte is the house like of Ittierre, which produces Versace Jeans Couture, D&G, and Moschino Jeans, among others.

to the previous jil sander question, i have a jil sander suit from her last collection prior to selling to prada and it is fully canvassed what of dirk schonberger or dirk bikkembergs? and don't you just love the way demeulemeester rolls off your tongue; only the names of nicolas ghesquiere and veronique nichanian have that same effect as you say their names

For more on the Istante line, check out this previous post. Naturlaut was quite informative when I had the same question. Istante Post Bradford

Don't worry Tiger02, I got your Office Space reference. I'm glad the humor in the film translated overseas to Bruce Willis's home town. (Sometime the language barrier affects getting the american jokes). Stevo

Steveo, Glad you caught it, but any language barrier I have to the English language comes from growing up in Jersey (the New one). I'm in Germany for the same reason Willis' dad was--German chicks still dig American soldiers. Tom
