How much do you pay for...

your standard go-to drink. Let's say in your local / regular haunt.

I was just paying 3.50 quid (about 7 dollars) for pints in a crap bar in Notting Hill. The pub down the street is about 3.30 for a Guinness. One of my favourite dives is about 3.

In bars (vs pubs) I drink liquor because their bottled beer is never cold enough for my taste. Knob Creek on the rocks (50cl) can run me anywhere from 6-9 pounds (12-18 dollars). In some places in London its more, but I try my best to repress those memories.

Damn its expensive to drink in London

My hometown bar, whiskey sour with knob $7.
Bombay G&T $5.

That's pretty much my "go to" regiment.

I'm a beer guy, not that I am a stranger to the finer drinks. But when I'm at my standard pub, I pay $2.50US for my drinks, the house ale.

Them's the benefits of being a member of the exclusive mug club.

Really? You pay $7 for Stella? Pint or bottle, what kind of bar and where?

Regimen. Unless it's an on-base bar.

About $6 w/tip for a G&T with Bomb or Tanq, 4.95-6.95 for a good local brew(Watch City Brewery) or about $8-9 for a martini. More than that and I'm hitting the flask hard.

Thanks, I was debating which one it was and I was just too lazy to actually Google it or anything.

Probably about $10 for a cocktail or martini. We often just grab a bottle of wine and that tends to be a bit more.

Bottle o' beer - $4-$6 (size/label depending)

Pitcher - $12-$16

As far as mixed drinks go, I usually stick to white russians, and those are around $4-$5, IIRC

Thanks for that, I was starting to think there was some unwritten rule or forum in-joke that says everyone agrees to misuse that word.

My local bar, about $7 for a Rob Roy with JW Red or Jamieson's. At my home bar, $14.

Usually about $5 for a draught beer. Probably $7 for a darknstormy or closer to $10 for a whiskey on the rocks. It's best not to think about it.
