Any of the restaurants in the main room of Grand Central Terminal...can't beat that. And don't forget the Oyster Bar in the basement.

There's something so attractive and terrifying about that epoch... dining so lavishly in such a gaudy atmosphere while Rome burns, so to speak. I love it. Too bad Russian food blows. (and those joints were all French anyways)
