Its pink-not like neon, but not muted. And just a typical wool sportcoat. Nothing different about the texture. And my hair is blond/brown, and my complexion is fair. As for shoes, probably just plain old square toes black oxfords, nothing too dressy.

For texture, I was just wondering if it was particularly summer-y. Do you have to wear a tie? Do you plan on tucking the shirt in? With the pink jacket, in my opinion anyway, I wouldn't want too much else going on. Blue, by far, is the best/easiest match with pink. I think pink complements brown as well, but I dunno what you could wear brown with a pink jacket, esp. if you're wearing black shoes. If you have a plain black tie, that could be cool, with a white shirt, maybe a white herringbone to texture it up a little. Are you planning on buying a shirt/tie, or using what you might already have? This all sounds good, make me want to go out and buy stuff.  Not good, still need to buy presents and pay bills and stuff.

I agree that since the pink is so loud, everything else should be subdued. I guess I can do white shirt, subtle links, maybe just silk knots or silver knots? I will have to think about the tie (have to wear one-dresscode is jacket and tie).
