You sound like a young person.....I wouldn't worry about it. I used to go a day or two without sleeping and then zonk out for a day. Eat healthy food, work out (weights and with your girl friend), avoid stimulants, and it will work itself out.

Try supplementing with magnesium about half an hour before bedtime. Avoid Magnesium oxide, it's not absorbed by the body very well (less than 5%). Try a magnesium citrate, aspartate, malate, glycinate, or orotate form.

Or, you could take a hot bath before bed with two cups of epsom salt in the water. That never fails to knock my ass out.

Magnesium leads to be best sleep I ever have, and I wake up refreshed. I think most people are severely deficient in magnesium, and should shitcan their calcium/mag supplements and supplement with larger doses of magnesium only...without the cal. But I digress...
