Weddings: First dance song? - Page 4

Hi Guys,

This was not my first dance song but I just thought in my mind it would be so cute to use...

"When I take Your Hand" is one of the finest wedding songs. Another alternative is "You're All My Reasons". This song also fits as the first dance at weddings. These two songs are from artist shaun barrowes.

I Can't Help Falling in Love with You

Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you

Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you

That's All by Mel Torme is nice. I prefer Sinatra singing it but his version is a bit to slow to dance to.

If I ever get married and am forced to do a traditional ceremony, that is what I would want to do. I can't stand all the cheesy music most people play at weddings. And there would be be a strictly enforced dress code.

If I have my way though, it will be a beach wedding in a South American country suitably far away so as to discourage attendance by my extended family.

Great Elvis Song, would work for my first dance song. Just something slow that you can dance to rather easily.

I plan on using Marley's "Is this Love."
