Whey after pilates and cardio??

I work out three times a week and do 30 minutes of pilates followed by 30 minutes of cardio (running) twice a week. I already take whey + dextrose after working out, but should I also take it after pilates and cardio? Of course, my body still needs carbs before exercise (dextrose), but I'm not sure if I should take whey too. Should I?

Yes, take protein after, it will help prevent muscle wasting.

Before cardio you don't need protein unless it's been awhile since you last meal, but drinking anything with lactose before cardio is ill advised.

Before lifting though, protein will help, as will carbs, but that is only if you're looking to build mass. If your trying to cut, this will be just added calories and can hamper your cutting efforts by using the ingested calories and carbs rather than stored reserves.

After any workout is when protein and carbs are most useful.

Check out ast-ss.com for some great pro/post workout nutritional strategies, just ignore the sale pitches. I used them when I first started working out with great results.

You don't need dextrose to run for 30 minutes, and you certainly don't need it for pilates. Some would say you don't need it after weight training either, depending on what your goals are. You could take whey after your cardio/pilates.... or you could just eat some other food. Doesn't really matter which.
