Need to lose stomach

Hi, I have a pop belly and I can't seem to loose it. I work constantly, sitting behind a desk all day, so that doesn't help. Can anyone offer any advice on what I can do to get rid of this. Thanks.

1. cardio (HIIT training preferably)
2. diet (cut sugar and salt much as possible, and no white shit)
3. overall workout program-spot reduction doesn't work

what everybody pretty much mentioned.

exercise. cardio is preferable over weights for stuff like pot belly.
go for a walk around the block couple of times each and every day. dont make an excuse to skip.
eat less. whatever you eat, make sure it is good healthy foods.

i am sure anybody's big pot belly is partly or wholly due to junk food/unhealthy eating.

I would recommend ipecac, that will 'loose' your stomach quickly.

I'm afraid to say that if you're lazy enough to not do a second of research on this prior to making this post, you'll probably never lose that stomach fat. Like Peyton Manning said, just buy some bigger clothes.

simple. just run. exercise. move your body. control your eating.
nothing you really want in life is easy to get.

Get a road bike.

Ride 1 hour non stop 2 to 4 times per week, you'll loose it faster as you could believe.
